A complete weather tight shell package for a 2040 Square foot Log Home.
Package includes 6" high x 8" wide Pine Logs for 8' walls
Log Screws for assembly, caulking and gasket material for between logs, roof trusses and rafters (per plan) 5/8" Plywood sheathing for roof with "H" clips, felt paper, ice & water shield and 30 yr architectural shingles, ridge and soffit vents, drip edge, Fascia, 1x6 T&G pine soffit material, Double hung windows w / high performance low "E" glass wood grilles and screens (Anderson - 400), Insulated metal cross buck doors with insulated glass wood grille and keyed alike locksets, nails for roofing farming and siding, door and window buck lumber and exterior casings, 7/16" sheathing for gable ends with matching log siding, porch roof materials support posts and carry beams, two sets of blueprints and woodgaurd exterior preservative.
This package is a standard design. We can customize the design to suit your needs. some changes would require a price change.
