Room available August 1st in 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom duplex. House is four stories(split level): 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath upstairs, kitchen on main level, living area and 1 room on ground level and unfinished basement/laundry room downstairs. The room available is decent sized, upstairs and has the shared bathroom right outside in the hall. There is a one car garage that is mostly being used for storage currently (with room for your stuff as well). The garages seperate us form the neighbors on the other side of the duplex. The neighbors are a young couple with a new baby but I have never heard in the full year I have been here. No smoking and NO parties.

I am the only other tenant on the property and I occupy the room on the middle floor off form the living area. I am a 24 year old female, CSU alumni, who works over 50 hours a week and plans on taking graduate classes at CSU this fall towards my master's in immunology/pathology. There is currently 1 large, older dog living here and one indoor/outdoor cat (unfortunatly, no additional pets are allowed). The dog pretty much keeps to herself or is sleeping when I'm gone and can be skittish of new comers at first. She warms up to the right people however. The cat will just try to sucker you into feeding her (shes on a diet!).
