Loft space in Fort Worth for your space

I would like to swap my loft space in downtown Fort Worth for your space in the The City most anytime. The loft is in a 111 year old building that I have converted to a mixed use art space that include a Yoga Studio,art studio and gallery and performance space with a large regional following See ( The Gallery at Lander's Machine Shop on Facebook ) to get a sence of past events, wich are booked well in advance and will not keep you awake.. Its a 1 bedroom upstairs loft very secure with it's is own garage and keyed entry. Its walking distance to the rail station to Dallas in 25 Minutes. It offers a fully stocked kitchen space, quite bedroom, cable, wi-fi, clean linens and all you might need for a perfect stay. I am flexible on dates and times. I do live in the space with my art, book, and wine collection, so I would like to get to know you a bit first. I am Michael Barnard I grew up all over the world but Fort Worth and the Ranch is home. My Background is Forensic Toxicology, but mostly I read travel and do real estate investments these days. For Worth has a strong art community with world class museums and lively downtown area in walking distance.
