We are a Colorado company. Our products are available in over 175 liquor stores and growing into Ft Collins greater area. Top Shelf's mixers are carefully balanced to deliver a crisp, clean, vibrant taste. Our (7) mixers contain fruit, vegetables and pure cane sugar. Each Top Shelf Mixer is made with real ingredients (no artificial sweeteners or syrups) & they are all lower in sugar, calories & acidity in comparison to other cocktail mixers in the market, wich makes better tasting cocktails without overpowering the spirits that they are mixed with. Each (1 ltr) bottle serves about eight (8) cocktails. Some of our products are Sour Apple Martini, Pomegranate Martini, Margarita, Mojito, Cosmopolitan, Lemon Drop & Jalapeno Blood Mary and others.

General Job Summary:
A brand ambassador or promotional model is a person hired to work Friday nights 4-7pm and drive consumer demand for a product, service, brand at a LIQUOR STORE by directly interacting with incomming consumers. They serve samples to customers, and provide infomation about the product and make it appealing to consumers to influence them to sample and of course, buy the product. While the length of interaction may be short, the promotional model delivers a live experience that reflects on the product and represent the brand he or she is promoting.

Brand Ambassador Job Description (Off Premise) Usually Friday 4-7pm some Saturday may occur plus driving time:
*At liquor stores, greet every single customer who walks nearby in a freindly manner encouraging them to try product and learn about it in more detail.
*Store 7 bottles of cold product in your home refrigerator. And after opening in a secure, safe refrigerator as well. There will be requirement to store 7 mixers in your own refrigerator. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE ROOM IN YOUR REFRIGERATOR TO SORE COLD PRODUCT NEED NOT APPLY. NO EXCEPTIONS.
*Exhibit discipline & creativeness to encourage trial and sell product.
*Seeking leaders! Not shy, timid or discouraged if promo is going slow or consumers are not interested. Being genuine and expressing humble, self-confidence is contagious.
*Engage with customers on a real-level. Don't over sell, get to know your consumer's interest, ask why they are in store and help them find what they need. This will encourage them to listen to your 30 second pitch.
*Take notes of all samples, sales, competitive products and build relationships with store owners, staff and consumers.
*Drive consumer traffic to visit our social media sites for promotions and news (Twitter, Facebook) and website (BuyTopShelf.com) for more infomation.
*Be proactive, Let us know the best bars, clubs, restaurants and liquor stores in area and why
*Gather consumer comments and feedback as well as independantly contribute to improve marketing promotions, sales and branding.
*Must have own personal transportation, internet access at you residence, camera or camera phone, text messaging on phone and a charming, persuasive personality!
*Dress in a night life, elegant and classy fashion for all shifts.

Job Requirements:
*21+ year old. Some college, college degree or 2-3 years of industry related sales/promotion experience within the marketing, distribution, hospitality or supplier community prefered.
*Good Communicator via in person, phone and email to keep in touch with our team. You must be a good communicator and check your emails.
*Can work Friday 4-7pm plus driving before and after.
*Previous wine/liquor experience desired.
*Promotional experience desired.
*Prior server, retail sales experience desired.
*Excellent communication skills and personality traits.
*Ability to work independantly and prioritize tasks.
*Proficient knowlege of CO nightlife
*Excellent time management skills and arrives on time to shifts.
*Proficient at sales mathematics such as calculating percentages and reviewing comparative sales data for analysis.
*Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
*Store 7-8 bottles of cold product in your home refrigerator. And after opening in a secure, safe refrigerator as well. There will be requirement to store 7 in your own refrigerator. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE ROOM IN YOUR REFRIGERATOR TO SORE COLD PRODUCT NEED NOT APPLY. NO EXCEPTIONS.
*Paid hourly, part time, hours many not be consistent but you will be our local promo girl in this region
