Couple looking for house starting the end of July/begining of August

Toward the end of July/begining of August we are moving to Washington form Virginia (relocation for my job). We are looking for a 2-3 bedroom house, preferably in a quieter area since I will be working mainly form home. We are interested in a long term rental and can provide an excellent reference form our current landlord. I do have a dog (40lbs) and cat who will be moving with us, so we need a rental wich is accepting of pets. I am willing to pay an extra deposit for the pets and my current landlord can offer reference that my dog is well behaved and has not caused any damage to our current rental house. We welcome a yard to tend (I enjoy gardening) and my boyfreind is an excellent handyman. If you think we would be a good fit for a property you have to rent, please contact me through this post.
