Looking for a small house for rent. Newly married couple looking for an affordable home in a safe location. We are a very quite couple we do NOT drink, smoke, or party at all and do not have pets. We are very polite and respectful. We would be willing to discuss different options such as yard upkeep and chores in exchange for partial rent. We both have steady jobs and long time ties the area.
