Dont pay him up front I listed the details of this situation under materials in Saginaw by accident. I hired him to do carpet in November and paid him daily as he brought materials in and completed rooms, so when he asked for an advance I seen no problem, however I seen no more of Kevin either. He has not returned calls or accepted any of the certified mail I have sent to his Clare and Beaverton buisness addresses. I am just trying to save you the headache I am dealing with now. Please understand I am not trying to be malicious, just want you to be aware!!!! His prices are cheap for a reason, we did some background checking after the fact and he is on federal probation for fraud similar to this, WATCH OUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Please spread the word, This is my last resort, I picked up the return certified mail I sent him today and now this seems like my only option.. He told us he primarily uses PandaHi for advertising so look out. He runs ads stating carpet for $1.95 a sqft in Saginaw and Central Michigan listings, Thank you for your time and understanding. He's advertising a mobile carpet showroom, he had no truck or van he drove a tanish buick and also has pictures up of a carpet warehouse wich is where he buys his carpet,( it does not in any way belong to him, or better yet ask him to take you there, so you can see for yourself!!!!! he lives in an apartment in Beaverton
