One-on-one staff for adult w/developmental disabilities

A non-profit community-based day program is looking for an energetic, passionate, responsible, and reliable person with a great work ethic who has worked with people with developmental disabilities. We're looking for someone to work as one-on-one staff with an adult with developmental disabilities.
Hours:
-Monday-Friday 8am-2pm (Considered full-time. Health benefits available.)
Requirements:
-Must be at least 18 years old
-Must pass fingerprint clearance
-Must pass physical and TB test
-Must have first-aid and CPR certification
-Must have dependable transportation (personal vehicle, public transportation, etc.)
Main Responsibilities:
-Supervising the safety and general well-being of an adult with developmental disabilities during his day program
-Will transport the individual on public transportation to his program, activities, and other events
-Will work in concert with other staff regarding the individuals day program
