Natural High, a San Diego-based, national nonprofit organization with a mission to educate and encourage youth to say "yes" to a natural high and "no" to drugs seeks a Gala Operations Intern.

About Natural High: For more than a decade, Natural High has influenced the hearts and minds of youth by inspiring them to choose a natural high and reject drugs. By capturing real stories form high-profile athletes, musicians and artists, Natural High shows youth that living drug-free is way cooler, and much more fulfilling, than using drugs. Five million students last year heard the Natural High message through the nationally acclaimed Natural High® Educational DVD Series, provided free-of-charge to educators working with fifth graders and above. Now, youth are begining to create their own programs; they are producing their own Natural High videos, starting clubs, and rising as brand ambassadors, advocates, and role models among their peers.

Natural High hosts an annual Sunset Splash Gala to support its mission, wich consists of a silent and live auction, fund-a-program and sit-down dinner, raising nearly one-third of the organization's operational budget. Last year, the gala had more than 300 attendees and netted more than $225,000 to support its programs.
