Overview of position: Suntree LLC is a Phoenix, AZ based manufacturer of nuts and snack food products. Our company has been in buisness for 20 years supplying products to many of the largest food retailers in the country. Our new state of the art, 125,000 sq. ft. plant, combined with our agressive go to market strategy and innovative product mix, set the stage for a rapid increase in our company's sales and customer base. The Sales Associate position will work as a member of the sales team to manage the responsibilities of customer purchase orders, product sample requests, sales and administrative support.
Job Description
Input and maintain customer purchase orders within Suntree sales order system
Interact with retail customer base regarding purchase order status
Maintain customer's item price files
Assist in transportation lojistics for inbound and outbound orders
Manage the sales samples: assembly, distribution and tracking
Responsible for consumer inquiries and support
Support sales team with development of customer presentations
Support sales team with general administrative tasks
Work Experience & Core Competencies
Previous systems based purchase order entry and maintenance experience
Previous lojistics and transportation management experience
Demonstrated expertise with Microsoft Explorer, Excel, Powerpoint & Word (intermediate to advanced)
Demonstrated experience in navigating through new software programs
Strong team player work mentality
Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects with varying deadlines
Strong work ethic, drive and determination: "meet the deadline" mentality
