Summary:
The Enterprise Computing Group, a division of 1105 Media, is seeking an online savvy and highly energetic lead generation representative with superior communication skills to support media sales with research and lead development. The ideal candidate will thrive on prospecting to uncover new leads, contact infomation and back end channels to find competitive intelligence. Responsibilities:
Assist the sales team in the following ways:
Online prospecting to identify & qualify sales leads via research & cold calling to consistently provide accurate sales leads
Properly utilize online advanced search capabilities, effective competitive intelligence, lead development sites, social media and other online tools to creatively prospect
Maintain and build a pipeline and database of prospects and customers
Close leads to set up meetings for media sales
Requirements:
Bachelors degree or relevant advertising industry experience is prefered
Enthusiastic driven candidate who enjoys uncovering, researching, calling & qualifying 30+ prospects daily
Demonstrated consultative phone delivery sales skills to resonate with and close prospects for follow up meetings.
Strong social media research skills
Sales experience is a plus but not neccessary
Sales products are in the enterprise computing market so a familarity with the technology market is ideal
Excellent verbal presentation, interpersonal and organizational skills required
Proficiency in MS Office applications including Word, Excel and Outlook are ideal
