DescriptionSanta Buckley Energy is a dynamic cutting-edge Connecticut-based energy company serving commercial, industrial, and goverment markets in New England. In this position, the succesful candidate will learn and perform all functions of support service within the division including customer contracting and enrollment, customer service assistance, billing, and assisting sales. Duties and responsibilities may also include performing special projects including forecasting, budgeting, cost and market analysis, preparing consumption and cost reports, pricing energy related contracts and assisting in other functions to measure, project and enhance the profitability of the division. This is a position where you will be trained and have the opportunity to grow through a demonstrated ability to learn and master buisness functions.
The position will have a base salary commensurate with capabilities and experience. In addition, there will be bonuses tied to individual, division and company objectives. RequirementsIndividual must possess BA/BS in buisness, math, science, engineering, accounting, or equivalent experience in a related field, strong quantitative and problem solving skills, have the ability to handle multiple tasks and have strong time management skills, excellent verbal, written and presentation skills, ability to work well within a team in an open floor enviroment. Individual should have a clear interest in the energy industry. Prior energy industry, accounting and/or billing experience are also prefered. Other Skills and Abilities The individual must be an organized self-initiator with strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Access software or other database software is required and will need to be utilized on a daily basis. Some spreadsheet and database programming capability is prefered. The billing system and utility tariff rules and regulations must be learned form training and written documentation that will be provided.
