AIM Aerospace, Inc. is a leading manufacturer of composite products for the commercial and military Aerospace Industry. Our Renton Operations is currently seeking a full time Entry Level Stress Specialist to join our Engineering team.
THIS POSITION IS OPEN TO CANDIDATES WITH 0 TO 3 YEARS EXPERIENCE
*Candidate must be able to perform basic stress analysis
*Candidate must have knowlege of Boeing D6-55441 Galley and Closet Specification, D6-55698 Design and Certification Requirements a plus
*Candidate needs basic FEM knowlege, thru school or on the job training: Nastran/Patran/FEMAP
*Candidate needs to have a minimum of 1 year 3-D CAD experience: SolidWorks,Inventor or Pro-E (College Design classes are acceptable)
*Candidate will be responsible for the review of drawings
*Candidate will be responsible for creating test setup(s) that include: test fixtures, whiffle bars systems, spring beams design and any other test setup requirements
*Candidate will be responsible for creation of stress reports, test plans and will perform any duties needed to support static testing
*Candidate must have a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering
*Candidate MUST be a USA Citizen or Permanent USA Resident*
