Established mutli unit hospitality group is looking for an eexcutive assistant/office manager to help keep us on task & organized during a period of growth. We are looking for someone to take on an extremely important role & grow with the company as we expand - LOTS OF ROOM FOR ADVANCEMENT! Prior office or assistant experience with in the hospitality field is a big plus!

Requirements:
- College Degree
- EXTREMELY tech savvy
- Proficient with MAC & PC's
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (word, powerpoint, excel)
- Eager & curious to learn
- Detail oriented
- Intuitive

Job Responsibilities (this is a job where you will wear MANY hats, but listed below are your core responsibilities):
- Weekly payroll entry
- Process new hire paperwork & terminations
- Work closely with the VP of Operations & Controller
- Order office supplies
- Process health care
- Process property insurance
- Order buisness cards
- Keep the companies pertinent files properly filed (digital & paper)
- Overall office & company organization
- Data & content management
- Manage company email
- Basic HR (HUGE plus if you have experience)
