Amara Beverage Company is looking for full time sales representatives for a great start-up based in Berkeley. Our buisness and presence is in high demand and therefor, so is our need for high impact A++ level candidates who want to grow with us and our succesful brand.

Primary Responsibilities:
•Amara is in search of an amazing, dynamic, outgoing person to be a part of our San Francisco sales team. We are currently looking for 1-2 candidates at this time.
•Your role would be to join an existing team selling in the city or outer areas. Proven experience in selling the SF area or familarity with SF is essential.
•A full job description is available to those who apply for the position and will be discussed in the interview as well

•Minimum 2+ years outside sales experience or Bachelor's degree in buisness or Marketing, or relatable experience
•Beverage experience prefered, ideally with premium/high dollar beverage, but not required
•History of consistent employment and verifiable references
•Need to be go getter with an entrepreneurial mindset and hungry to make money with a start-up buisness
•Must be able to work independantly without the need to be micromanaged and be able to enjoy the freedom of working your own schedule with self-discipline to get the job done
•Must have a clean driving record and current license, rejistration and carry auto insurance
•Strong knowlege of Microsoft Office: Word & Excel required. Must be competent with Social Media basics
•Communication skills (both verbal and written) required
•Punctuality, outstanding time management and great organization are a MUST

To be considered for this position you must:
•Have your own car. Valid driver's license and safe driving record required.
•Excellent communication skills (written & oral) with existing contacts with retailers.
•Must be organized and a self-starter with a passion for selling. 80% of your time will be in the market visiting accounts.
•Have a flexible schedule. Some weekends are a must! Ability to travel when required to exciting upcomming events
•Have never-ending energy and enthusiasm!
•Be a team player and a proactive problem solver
•Have an interest in health, nutrition, sports or fitness
•Strong presentation skills. Ability to use standard features of Excel and PowerPoint.
•Be professional and courteous at all times.
•Sample beverage product with full knowlege and understanding of how it is different form other beverages in the category
•Embrace, understand, and implement brand strategy
•Provide feedback and weekly recap reports to management
•Ability to lift up to 36lbs and load and unload product

Compensation Plan:
After 60 day probationary period, sales quotas will be examined and response time to training will determine eligibility for bonuses and commission. Employee will be paid current state or city minimum wage plus expenses and commissions/bonuses. Compensation plan, benefits and bonuses will be discussed prior to hiring a candidate but are subject to change without notice and are dependent upon a candidate's eligibility and performance. There is no limit to your potential, and we are looking for individuals who want to move into management and own their territories and eventually their own team with our company.
