• 3-5 years of recruiting experience, ideally with both eexcutive and high-volume recruiting experience
• At least one year of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a consumer lifestyle company
• Ensure compliance with applicable Federal regulations affecting hiring practices (OFCCP, EEO, and Affirmative Action)
• Meet routinely with Patina Restaurant Group's best management and chefs to discuss current and future staffing needs and historical trends. Should have a thorough understanding of workforce planning and the department objectives in order to ensure positions are filled quickly with the most qualified individual
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent education, training and job experience
• Excellent written and verbal communications experience
• Experience or familarity with Taleo and e-Recruit as an applicant tracking and recruitment tool
• Strong communication and project management skills
• Well developed organizational skills and the ability to establish and meet deadlines
• Ability to travel
• Operational background a plus
