3-5 years of recruiting experience, ideally with both eexcutive and high-volume recruiting experience
At least one year of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a consumer lifestyle company
Ensure compliance with applicable Federal regulations affecting hiring practices (OFCCP, EEO, and Affirmative Action)
Meet routinely with Patina Restaurant Group's best management and chefs to discuss current and future staffing needs and historical trends. Should have a thorough understanding of workforce planning and the department objectives in order to ensure positions are filled quickly with the most qualified individual
A bachelor's degree or equivalent education, training and job experience
Excellent written and verbal communications experience
Experience or familarity with Taleo and e-Recruit as an applicant tracking and recruitment tool
Strong communication and project management skills
Well developed organizational skills and the ability to establish and meet deadlines
Ability to travel
Operational background a plus
