My nanny needs new family :(

I currently have an amazing nanny, but due to a job change, my family is moving. I am hoping to arrange a new child care position for her, as I feel terrible for having to leave her hanging. She provides childcare in her newly built Glen Burnie home, the home is incredibly clean, smoke free, and safe. Within walking distance is two parks, as well as a club house wich host toddler events. My children absolutely adore her, as she does them as well. It's their second home, and I couldn't imagine anybody could provide better care for them compared to her. She is very engaging with my infant and toddler, always down on the floor playing, and teaching. They are always doing numbers, shapes, animals, colors, etc. My one year old can count to ten in the 4 languages I had asked them to learn it in! It amazes me that she was able to teach that. Her hours and rates are flexible, she has a perfect driving and criminal background record, as well as drug and alcohol free. She is dedicated and reliable. Only once has she been unavailable , but she was able to have alternative care with somebody else who we had grown to know and love within her home to fill in at no extra charge, that is an excellent benefit for any family. We used the school schedule for childcare needs, wich would also be ideal for her (if you are a teacher) but if that is not something you can do, that is okay! Please inquire anyways as she is flexible. I've had my older children in child care before I knew her as they were younger, and comparing the two this woman exceeds any expectations that any parent could have for their children's childcare needs, please consider her. I'd love to provide more details. Please email me with your childcare needs (hours, ideal price, children, etc) I realy hope to set this up for her, if you don't need child care to start untill a few more months, that is okay also!
-PS her home is along the way to DC or BALTIMORE as it's very close to 97, 695, 100
