Proactive Service Plan
The unknown cost of maintaining and servicing your computer network is over.
Our Proactive Service Plan provides frequent onsite visits to prevent major computer problems and failures.
We will at least visit our clients either 2 times, 4 times or 6 times per year depending upon size and complexity of your computer network.
The follow are some of items we will check and correct.
Check backups are running on schedule complete without errors
Perform a Test Data Restore
Verify Anti Virus programs are installed and up to date
Scan for Spyware
Check for operating System critical and security updates
Check for Office critical and security updates
Check File Server Log for errors
Check PC Hard Drive Usage
Check PC Ram usage
Perform Hard Disk maintenance if needed
Answer any questions you or your staff to improve efficiency and insure data integrity
