My style of training incorporates a littel bit of what I found to be the most useful form all aspects of training.
Personal Training is at a high demand and is also very competitive. I talk with people all the time about those who have encountered trainers who push them to do things they dont want to do, who DON'T have the physique that resembles someone of expertise, and those who simply cannot create a workout that without a doubt get you the results you want.
