Organizers Northwest, a team of experienced Professional Organizers, helps people put their homes and offices in order and better manage their space and time.
We are looking for a long-term, part-time Office Manager to help us manage all aspects of the office. Hours are Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM-2:00 PM. Wage offered is $10-12 per hour, depending upon experience.
The Office Manager will be a vital part of the Organizers Northwest team -- keeping the office running smoothly and efficiently. The Office Manager will be the primary customer service representative for Organizers Northwest, and will ensure clients are satisfied and feel taken care of. We are looking for someone who presents a professional appearence and demeanor. The ideal candidate is someone who can take a project and run with it, and is a self-starter.
Answer inbound phone calls form potential new clients
Complete "Client Needs Assessment" over the phone
Manage Outlook calender
Organize and maintain paper and computer filing system
Follow-up with current and past clients
The ideal Office Manager:
Displays excellent communication skills -- phone and written
Exhibits effective listening skills
Is a naturually organized person and pays attention to the details
Is conscientious and displays a strong work ethic
Demonstrates excellent grammar and spelling skills
Values punctuality, respects calender appointments, and meets deadlines
Has an innate ability to motivate, encourage, and assure potential and existing clients so that they feel good about choosing Organizers Northwest
Works in an independant fashion to solve problems, make descisions, and communicate effectively in difficult situations
Is willing to learn and understand the Professional Organizing industry
Is proficient in Microsoft Office
Has experience with CRM programs
