FT/PT WINE SALES ASSOCIATES, BEER SPECIALISTS,
CASHIERS & MERCHANDISERS
All of our Team Members should Provide prompt, freindly and attentive customer service Be willing to learn all areas of the store and help train others Be interested in working in a team enviroment Have an interest and willingness to learn wine Be able to produce results within an entrepreneurial atmosphere Have a high energy Be able to lift up to 50lbs frequently and stand for most of their shift Be 21 years of age

succesful Wine Sales Associates should:
Have an interest and passion for wine, wine/food pairing and the ability to convey wine characteristics to the customer
Have a solid retail sales background, with an emphasis on delivering exceptional customer service
Be an outstanding communicator, with a good floor presence
succesful Beer Specialists should:
Assume primary responsibility for Beer products
Have an interest and passion for beer, beer/food pairing and the ability to convey beer characteristics to the customer

succesful Cashiers & Merchandisers should:
Take ownership for store cleanliness
Be willing to keep the store fully stocked
Be able to balance their rejister drawer during peak volume times
Be able to move customers through rejister lanes quickly and courteously
