We are looking for a professional person with a background in the mortgage industry to join our Fun and Upbeat Team. This is your chance to join a

The Mortgage eexcutive Assistant is to provide administrative, organizational, technological and clerical support to the president and the team.
This person will act as his personal receptionist, providing excellent customer service to his clients on the phone and in the office while assisting
him with various activities and projects.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Must be Proficient and Fast Typist
Using MS Outlook and specialty software POINT and ACT!.
Assist in loan origination process: pull credit profiles form credit service providers, order property appraisals, open escrow, if needed
Documentation follow up and tracking (contacting borrowers, title companies, real estate offices, appraisers, lenders, etc.)
Assist with database management
Provide ongoing operational support to the team, as needed or scheduled.
Work on other duties and projects as assigned.
Mortgage Experience is a MUST! Strong interpersonal and customer service skills required, ability to work with diverse number of team and industry contacts
(Processing staff, Loan Officers, clients, agents, lenders, title companies, etc.)
Detail-oriented individual with strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
Computer skills required for this position include intermediate/advanced MSWord, Excel, ACT, Outlook (e-mail) and Calyx POINT mortgage origination software
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines on a consistent basis
Professional, positive attitude, team player and ability to learn and adapt quickly
