The Systems Administrator II will possess the highest level of technical knowlege and have a solid understanding of the buisness as it relates to the technology and will be capable of serving as a lead on the most complex projects. This position is also responsible for providing a complex level of support to both networks and infrastructure. The Systems Administrator II will assist other technical staff members in resolving issues and/or developing technical solutions for the company's external client's and will effectively research and design technical solutions to support new client opportunities. The Systems Administrator II will be expected to maintain our clients positive reputation with existing clients through exceptional service delivery. The Systems Administrator II will also provide onsite and remote desktop support to our external clients who have critical response time requirements for their technology systems and platforms. You will work independantly to answer service desk calls, urgently analyze technical issue(s), troubleshoot over the phone and via remote log-in, and escalate problems to other team members or outside vendors when appropriate. You will multi-task to support a variety of network and end-user enviroments with eexcutives, buisness owners, managers and end users. You must demonstrate superior communication skills to respond to diverse clients with urgent needs while recognizing they are looking for solutions, not technical explanations. You will also perform service and preventative maintenance activities on products and take the lead on projects. Other projects may be assigned.
