Hello there!!!
I am 24 Year Old Fema!e.
Looking for a 1 bedroom 1 bath place. I would prefer a house, duplex, cottage, granny flat, ect. I don't care for apartments.
I work full time. Monday - Friday @ an office.
I make at least 3 times the rent and I have the pay stubs to prove so.
I am clean, respectful, & responsible.
I do have two trained cats and I do understand if you need me to make an additional deposit.
I would only like to live in Loomis, Granite Bay, Rocklin, or Penryn.
Looking to move May 15th.
