Three Tomatoes Steakhouse & Club at Fossil Trace Golf Course is looking for well seasoned strong line cooks and experienced banquet cooks. Three Tomatoes Steakhouse is a three tier facility, running up to five different restaurant menus simultaneously while producing up to five banquets a day during the summer. We are a seasonal establishment, though with solid growth over the last few years the slow season is growing smaller every year. Flexible schedules for banquets are a must, while line cooks have either breakfast/lunch shifts or happy hour/dinner shifts. At least three years of line work, including saute, fry, broil, and grill are neccessary, and a passion for what you do in tandem with growing skill and solid work ethic can keep you in a steady position through all seasons. Come prepared with what your experience has taught you, food that you are proud to call your own, a willingness to learn, expand your skills and knowlege, and ideas of how to grow this company through food and wine. We are only as good as our employees, and we are looking to be fantastic. Thirty five to fourty hours a week, flexible schedule a plus (a MUST for banquet cooks), creative and driven applicants shall be recieved well.
