Works great, and heats wonderfully!! I'm selling this unit for no other reason than I plan to move and would like it to go to someone who will get good use out of it rather than sell it with my house. This unit was purchased 2 years ago and was around $4000.00 then, so I am asking $2100.00 or Best Offer! I will post some specifics about it below, but would also let you know that it comes with all the vent pipes. You will have to move the unit yourself, it is in my basement, but I do have an access entrance that will make it easier to get it out, and you could easily drive right up to the entrance. You can burn shelled corn or wood pellets...we have used both and corn burns longer and hotter. Great way to save money on your winter gas bill, our gas bill before purchasing the pellet furnace was about $500.00 a month, and with the furnace we were paying about $275.00, and that's with a home that it 1,200 sq. ft. and on the lowest setting all the time. We never put it on any other higher settings, as at times it would get so warm in our house that we had to open a window or door, just on the lowest setting. A great way to save money and be "green" to the enviroment. I have the original owners manual as well. Please send me a message, as I have it set up to come to my phone, so I will get your message within a half hour of you sending it and try to respond quickly.
