This is a great pool!!! It has a bottom dual filtration system (just like an in-ground pool), which means a lot less cleaning for you. Also, it comes with 36" railings spaced 4" apart surrounding the total rectangle shape pool of 16' x 30'. The pool itself is 12' x 20', with 2' of aluminum decking around the three sides of the pool (making the entire deck completely walkable) and the remaining side, where the swing-up safety ladder is located, is a generously sized 8' x 16' aluminum deck . Pool depth is 4' deep, with a capacity of 6,765 gallons.
I am including the filter (Sta-Rite System 2 Modular Media Filter PLM100) and pump system (Sta-Rite JWPA5E7L) and Pool Frog Cycler mineral system, all in great working condition. I just purchased a brand-new cartridge for the filter system last season. I'll also throw in whatever else we have for this pool, such as vac, solar cover, winter cover, hoses, skimmer/pole, etc., and possibly the deckbox and two resin lounge chairs (haven't decided about keeping/getting rid of these).
This price is for the pool/accessories ONLY, and does NOT include any labor on my behalf, except to drain out the pool, so it will be your responsibility to take down this pool from my home to relocate to yours. Kayak recommends you get a new liner when moving a pool, so this price will cost you around $599 for a brand-new 25-mil liner, and I'd recommend getting the liner protector and updating the filtration system to the updated version for the extra few bucks.
I also have purchased the Loop-Loc on-ground swimming pool cover, including the Aquador and Return Plug, for the winter season. We have all of the original paperwork and parts from all the manufacturers from when we purchased this pool 5-1/2 years ago, in August 2005.
This is truly a great pool, but we are moving, and we could really use the extra money from the sale of this pool for our new place!!!
Even at $4,500 o/b/o to you, this pool was originally OVER $20,000, and because we allowed them to do some advertising essentially, we saved $4,000 and paid a total of $16,583.00 for this pool, plus another $526.04 for Loop-Loc cover. And we purchased a new cartridge filter last season, which cost us about $100, I think. So our investment is a little over 17K for this pool, SOOOO why not jump at the opportunity to get an even better deal than we did? Once reinstalled with brand-new liner, etc., it will be like a brand-new pool. It is a great pool, as I mentioned, and it is truly maintenance free, which means more time for you to spend swimming!!!!
Please e-mail me for further information. Serious inquiries only. The pictures included are stock photos. If anyone IS actually interested, I'll go outside to take actual pics of the pool to e-mail, but it looks exactly like the pictures below. Kayak does not offer any kind of a transfer of warranty, but when you buy your new liner, the liner will be in YOUR name, so they will have to honor that 25-year warranty!!!
Thanks for looking, and get it now before Memorial Day weekend, so you can enjoy it for as long as the season allows!!!
